We at SeaLife® stand behind our product with a pledge to provide superior service to our customers. If your camera needs service or if you need a replacement part, we promise fast, friendly and professional service, so you can have your equipment in ship-shape before your next dive trip.
Repair Service
If you are experiencing any problems with your SeaLife® camera or accessory, please first review the Trouble Shooting Guide located in the product instruction manual.
If you require repair service, please contact your local authorized SeaLife® dealer. Your dealer may be able to perform basic repairs at their location. Check the SeaLife® website dealer locater for an authorized SeaLife® dealer near you.
If you are unable to contact your local SeaLife® dealer for service, please make sure to obtain a return authorization # by emailing or calling the authorized SeaLife® service center in your country or to the USA service facility at the address provided below.
Once you have a return authorization #, ship the camera and underwater housing, freight prepaid, to the authorized service center in your country or to the USA service facility at the address provided below. Please remember to insure your shipment in the event of loss or damage during transit.
Please include the following materials with your shipment:
Letter describing what you feel is not functioning properly. It may also be helpful if you include a sample photo print or electronic image, but please understand that we can not be liable for any lost or damaged photos/images that you send us.
Your return address (No PO Box) and daytime phone number. Please also mark the outside of the shipping carton with your return address.
A copy of your original purchase receipt.
Please allow about 2 to 3 weeks turnaround time for processing and repairs. Let us know if you require any rush service and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. After service is complete, we will return your SeaLife® product via UPS Ground shipping service.
You will be notified in advance of any repair charges for the service being performed that is not covered under warranty. Please refer to the product instruction manual for more information about the SeaLife® product Limited Warranty.
